I have used AutoCAD on an i5 tablet with just the Intel graphics and it works fine but it's noticabley chunky compared to my i7 laptop with Nvidia 1060 in it. Go for the i7, AutoCAD is for the most part a single core program so faster cores will mean it will perform faster, and also the SB2 i7 comes with discreet Nvidia gpu (in the base) which will also make it perform faster and smoother.
